It's all in your head, you are too stressed

If you have persistent digestive symptoms you might have heard some variation of this. I have. Sure, stress is killing me, it's also making my hair gray etc.. but does that mean that there is nothing the doctor can do beside encouraging me to do yoga or hypnosis? Anyway, I have been diligently working on lowering stress and I can literally tell if I'm stressing, I feel it in my body. So is it possible to live a zero stress life? And is that the only way I'll heal my gut? I recently discovered something called cptsd. It's interesting because the crappy childhood fairy -a lady on youtube you can look her up- says that people who suffer from it might have lots of unexplained and unsolvable physical ailments. So childhood trauma can make you sick in complex ways and forever. So the doctors might be on to something with the stress talk. So what do I do? I decided to keep on putting stress down, so far so good. Also, I came to realize that if it is in my head then solving it might involve no medication or invasive procedures, and that is something that I can get excited about. What if I can "fix it"? After all, isn't it what I'm trying to do with all those diets and lifestyle hacks. Embracing the idea of fixing my body from my mind sounds really exciting. So my first step is to believing it is possible and the second step is to find practical ways to remove any remaining sources of stress or deeply buried trauma. I'm so looking forward to this.
